I was so pleased with Alder Moving Services. Because it was a local move, Jason was able to fit me in within a few days of my call. The movers showed up on time, and started right in taking my furniture out the door. The men were cheerful, courteous and careful with my furnishings including my one solitary Victorian marble topped dry sink. Jason set me up with a hourly rate, with a two hour minimum and then it went up for every quarter hour afterwards. The men worked straight along, no lolly gaggling about, so the end price was about three hours of their time and my two bedroom apartment was whisked over to my new place in no time. Now that my friends and I have reached the point in our lives where our backs can't cope with heavy lifting and watching our much more expensive furniture flying down the highway in a rainstorm, it's great to know there's Alder Moving Services as an alternative.

Jason and his crew did a phenomenal job for us. He drove down to South Texas to pick up our household goods, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to load the truck, then drove back to Fort Bragg and arrived to unload, again on time. Even though it rained throughout the entire unloading, our house remained remarkably clean and our goods mostly dry due to Jason's skill. All our goods arrived undamaged and nothing was missing. The best move that we ever experienced!
